You are so frustrated by alcohol. You love it, but you absolutely hate what it's doing to you. To your body, to your relationships, to your mental health.
You flirt with the idea of going sober but...not really. Deep down you feel like you just don't have it in you.
If only it wasn't such a big deal. If only you were as neutral about alcohol as you were about random things in your life like your neighbors shoes or a strangers groceries.
You just wouldn't care. You wouldn't even want it, and if you did it wouldn't be a big deal.
There are 4 steps to achieving this.
Step 1. Figure out the real reason why you take your drinking too far. A lot of people think they know why. "I get anxious" "It helps me take the edge off" "I crave it" but the real reason is buried deep in your subconscious and until you know where you're really starting, you can't actually get going. You wouldn't buy a ticket from Texas to New York if you were trying to get from California to New York right?
Right. So in the RTT portion of this program you will experience a hypnosis session that lets you see your TRUE starting point. You're gonna go all the way back to the root of the issue.
Step 2. Rewire your brain. One mistake a lot of women make is that they get stuck in the healing process. They become addicted to "working on it." Looking for more ways too heal, more things to dig up.
In this step you'll experience the power of moving forward. Once you know the root of your issue and you heal it, you can start letting it go by shifting your focus to were you are going. This step is a hypnosis session that will let you experience who you are without the attachment to alcohol. You will lock that in on a cellular level and become the woman that couldn't care less about alcohol.
Step 3. Train your nervous system to react to life without alcohol. So we know that when you crave alcohol, something happens in your body that tells you "I need it" maybe your breathing gets faster, you feel the urgency in your chest. You feel that fight/flight sense in your body that makes you rush out & pour yourself a drink.
Here's the good news, your body is yours to command. And you can switch those feelings at any moment. You can train your nervous system to remain calm, disinterest and even sick by just the look of alcohol. You can train your nervous system to be motivated to drink water or juice or soda or anything else. In step 3 I will teach you about the Polyvagal Theory and how to use it to protect your nervous system against alcohol.
Step 4. Nervous system hygiene. It's one thing to train your body & nervous system to be disinterested in alcohol. And it's another to keep up with it's hygiene. In this step, you will experience a heavenly breathwork session designed to help you remove trapped energy, to feel clear and BE the woman who already feels safe in her body without the need for anything other than her own heart and company.
That's what Conscious Boozer is all about.
You've tried a lot of things. But you've never tried anything like this before. Just pop in your earphones, listen and heal.
