How to stop smoking using Hypnotherapy

Hello you brilliant mind,
Today, I'm going to share something about smoking that no one ever talks about. So sit down, grab your smoke, enjoy it, and get ready to say goodbye to it...for probably ever.
If you've ever done research on "How to stop smoking" what kind of results do you get?
Probably something along the lines of how smoking is bad, it leads to cancer, it's highly addictive, its all in the mind...blah blah blah.
If I were a betting woman, I would bet you're a relatively smart person. And that you absolutely understand the concept of "smoking is bad"
You know why its bad. You understand the consequences. You even know what to do to stop.
But the internal fight is fighting.
No matter what you do, you're in bondage. It's either you're completely in love with smoking, feeling deep relief from that warm smoky first inhale. You love the smell, the sacred time, the tingling in your body....or
OR you hate yourself. You hate seeing your money go to waste, you hate that you're not in control and that you want to be the type of person that's not a smoker...but you just can't quit.
I see this all the time. It's classic subconscious programming.
But before you sign off because you hate psychological lingo (or maybe you already know too much) let me explain what I mean.
The subconscious conversation isn't supposed to feel...therapeutic. Some people spend a life time talking about their feelings and their childhood and all things personal development but they don't really ever go inside the mind.
Real subconscious conversations are nonsensical.
They make no sense and here's why:
Do you know how earlier we talked about how good it feels to smoke? Did you immediately experience that conversation in your body? Did you get a craving?
That has NOTHING to do with the actual smoking and everything to do with your mind and nervous system clinging to the thing that makes them feel safe.
For some people that happens through smoking for others with food, drugs, porn, relationships, coffee, shopping...
It can be anything.
Someone else could smoke and feel none of the "nice" feelings you're experiencing. Because their mind would not connect the experience to love and safety.
With RTT Hypnotherapy we go inside your mind and ask it why smoking makes it feel safe.
And the answers are never the same as your conscious answers.
Conscious answers usually sound like "I don't know," "It helps me relax," "I'm addicted to it, i guess," "I got started really young"
Subconscious answers are hidden deep in the depths of your mind. And they are all different. For someone it might be "When I was in kindergarden I saw a pretty girl smoking. All the boys liked her and I picked up the belief that to be attractive I had to smoke"
For someone else it might be "I can hear my mom sneaking in a cigarette. She's pregnant with me and I can just sense she's happier after inhaling. I guess I just connected being loved with cigarettes"
These are just a couple of experiences people have had during and RTT session. But everyone will have a completely different answer.
The point is to find the real connection between your mind and smoking, remove it and replace it with something else of your choice.
Stop blaming the stress, the people in your life and even the cigarettes. Take back your power and decide. Do you want to make a different connection between what feels good to you?
