I've held dozens of RTT weightloss sessions in the last year
And in every single one of those sessions, my clients were determined to lose weight. They were determined to see results.
The problem was...even though they were working out, changing their diets (and in some cases had even had lap-band surgeries) the weight was either not budging or it was coming back.
Here's why that happened...
In every single session we discovered the inability to lose weight had ZERO to do with their diet and exercise and everything to do with a subconscious belief that told them it wasn't safe to lose weight.
These clients did NOT have a victim mentality.
In fact, most of them would have rolled their eyes at people who used excuses as a cop-out for not losing weight.
But once they went under hypnosis they realized that they too had very strong arguments against weight loss.
"Those fit moms look like sluts"
"Skinny people don't eat good food"
"I'm scared i'll cheat on my husband"
"What if this changes my life. I love my life"
"What if my shopping addiction get's worst"
"what if I get raped again?"
These are just some of the discoveries the women I worked with were holding on to subconsciously.
And the thing is, once you've locked in a subconscious belief, your whole life runs on it. Your mind uses it as a marker of safety and anytime you try to go against it, your subconscious will step in and bring your right back.
And there is no shortage of creativity for the mind. It will have you self-sabotage, get sick, get depressed, feel tired, you name it...all in the name of keeping you safe.
My job as an RTT Hypnotherapists is to help you find those subconscious beliefs, point out the lies, heal them by de-programming your fears and reprogramming your mind to focus on the goal.
By programming your mind to get excited about the goal.
By programming your mind to take ruthless action toward the goal.
And once that programming is set in stone, your whole life changes.

Your body is a reflection of the truths you have accepted of yourself.
