When you want a big fat bank account, you have to believe it's possible. You have to be bold in claiming your payday. 

When you want a thriving business that helps millions of people, you have to be a leader. Nobody wants to learn from someone who doesn't believe in themselves.

When you want a healthy body you have to want to live, move and experience.  A depressed body usually just wants to rest and eat. 

When you want to be in a deeply intimate and committed relationship, you have to love being yourself. People can't love you if they don't know and like you 

Still don't believe me? Try this exercise: Think of something you have been struggling to get...and ask yourself why you want it. Ask yourself why do I want it? and then ask again. Do it 7 times. 

The bottom line always comes back to being loved, accepted, and connected. 

That bottom line is the programming giving you the results. 

If you feel like you're not enough now, you will continue to get results that make you feel not enough. 

Like attracts like, so if you don't have that now, you will continue to struggle to get the results you want.

I've been there 

 There was a time when I went through life feeling depressed and with zero energy, but, that wasn't the bad part.

The bad part was when I started doing inner-child work, shadow work, healing work and became a "glass half-full" kind of woman...only to continue to struggle with my love life, finances and body. 

That was frustrating.

I didn't realize it then, but that was my red flag that I wasn't living a life that motivated me, inspired me and helped me help the world.

I had dreams...big dreams. But I didn't actually believe I could have any of them. I didn't see myself in them, and so they stayed dreams.

Until I changed the way I saw myself. When I moved on from doing healing work and began to put my energy into seeing myself as love, happy and successful I didn't have to wait. 

I didn't have to wait to lose weight. I didn't have to wait to change jobs. I didn't have to wait for my husband to be supportive. My life began to match my energy.
