If you've been trying to lose weight for what feels like forever, you may have figured something out...nothing works.

But the truth is that if you can't lose it, no matter what you do...you don't want it. The questions is why?
There is a two-step formula to weight-loss...and it has nothing to do with food or working out. One, figure out why you subconsciously decided you needed to be overweight. And two, command your mind to lose it.
Step one, requires you getting super honest with yourself and getting the truth straight from your subconscious.
And step two requires you getting crystal clear on what weight-loss means to you and commanding your mind to be that.
When you put those two things together...everything works.
And today, I'm going to show you exactly how to do that.
Before we start, I want to share the biggest hack to getting everything you want. That includes your weight, desired income goal and lifestyle...learn to love yourself.

Weight-Loss Self Hypnosis Process
Ok, now that you know that the base of your desires is always rooted in self-love, let's start with step one.
Why is there a disconnect between where your body is and where you want it to be?
Note: Please read through the entire process before starting.
Step1) Roll your eyes up as if you are trying to look at your own eyebrows. As you do that take three deep breaths. In through your nose exhale through your mouth.
Step 2) Imagine your eyes being glued shut, sealed shut, locked tight.
Step 3) After the third breath, relax your eyes but keep them closed and tilt your chin down as if you were looking over a balcony or down a flight of stairs.
Step 4) Imagine you are walking down a flight of stairs with 20 steps. (I know most people like to count to 10 but I find 20 works best for self-hypnosis)
Step 5) Once you make your way down the 20th step in your mind, ask yourself "The reason why I choose to be overweight is because_______________"
Step 6) Once your subconscious mind gives you an answer, say " If that's the reason I choose to be overweight that must mean that_____________" (this extra step will give you a chance to dig deeper)
Step 7) Once you find the reason for you choosing to be overweight on a subconscious level, it's time to program yourself for something different. Imagine you are having a conversation with the version of you that decided to gain weight. Remind her that her reasons might have been valid then, but in this moment in time, the weight gain is hurting you. Tell her that you choose to be (your desired size and weight) so that you can do (describe how your life will change with the weight loss)
Step 8. Send the version of you that wanted to gain the weight so much love and leave her in the past.
Step 9. Make a decision. While you are in the hypnotic state, decide that you already are your desired size and weight. Decide that you eat like her, think like her. Describe your day to day life. Feel it. Command it.
Step 10. (Repeat steps 1-4 and 9 every day for 21 days)
Step 9 is crucial. Women that call themselves fat, and say things like "nothing I do works" don't realize they are giving their mind a command. And your mind has no choice but to make it true.
The more time you spend believing you already are the version of yourself you desire, the faster you make it happen.
So there you have it, one of the easiest and most effective ways to lose weight.
