Why you're always tired

Some of the most exciting sessions I've ever done have to do with women who change their energy levels. 

It's truly fascinating to witness a woman go from doing everything for everyone, caffeinating herself like she's stacking up for Starbucks and taking every supplement on the Tik Tok shop....and still feel like she's ready to go to sleep every second of the day. 

To a woman who feels brighter than the sun. 

Think about toddlers. They are always so energized because they are curios AF. They want to go see, learn, do. They're excited to experience. 

You can give your mind that command too. When women command their minds to energize their bodies it's never about synthetic energy. 

Their mind doesn't energize them by making them less sleepy and giving them the energy to go run more errands, cook more meals and work harder  🤮

Their mind goes..."Oh, you want more energy? Ok, let's start by removing all the shame and guilt that's literally draining you because you believe it makes you feel worthy.

Let's change the victim mentality and switch it up to fun, bright, powerful energy and get things done from that place.
